Info you give us. When you request an estimate, call, text or email us, we collect your name, phone number, email, city or address, the service you want and any details or photos you send.

Info collected automatically. Like most sites, we log basic visit data: pages viewed, device and browser type, the site that sent you here and your approximate location from your IP address.

• Answer your request and schedule your walkthrough
• Prepare quotes, contracts and invoices
• Follow up by phone, text or email about your project
• Measure our ads and improve this site

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

03Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job:

• WPForms runs the estimate form on this site
• Monday.com stores customer requests and project records
• Make.com sends form requests into our project system
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measures our ads through the Meta Pixel

We may also share information when the law requires it.

04Calls, texts and email

If you give us your phone number or email, we may contact you about your estimate and project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us and we'll stop.

05Cookies and tracking

• Meta Pixel. Records pages you visit and actions like sending a form, so we can measure and show our ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can opt out in your Facebook ad settings.
• Site cookies. WordPress sets a few cookies for staff who log in. Regular visitors don't need an account.
• Embedded content. Videos or maps from other sites can set their own cookies, the same as visiting that site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

06How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and project records as long as we need them to finish your job, honor your warranty and keep business and tax records. After that we delete them.

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. Call or email us and we'll take care of it.

08Keeping it safe

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is 100% secure, so we can't promise it never happens, but we limit who can see your data.

09Children

This site is for homeowners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
